Recently, there was an update to SportsPress that would hide players from showing up in player lists if they had zero recorded statistics for that specific category, regardless of position.

For example, if there is a player list to show passing stats for a football team, the player list would display every person the team that has recorded a pass for the year; regardless if they are marked as a quarterback in SportsPress or not. I LOVED this feature and it was extremely handy since it did not care about position and only looked for that specific category.

Well it appears this feature is now no longer available. Any idea why or maybe I am missing it altogether and it still available somewehre and I just do not see it?? Anyone have any idea about this?

    Hi @trauma717,

Are you using the latest version of SportsPress? I just create a Player list and the “skip zero” option was there! (https://prnt.sc/idyn8m)

Can you please try to disable all other plugins to verify that there is no conflict?

    Thanks,

Yes, it is inside the edit-page of a Player List.

@savvasha after a few days, I have confirmed that the option is completely missing from SportsPress Pro altogether, however, the option IS available for SportsPress. Any idea why this is the case or how to enable this feature for SportsPress Pro as well? I am surprised the paid version would not contain this feature.

For what it is worth, I am on the latest version of WordPress and my plugin screen shows SportsPress v2.5.10 (deactivated) and SportsPress Pro v2.4.2 (activated). Any idea why Pro isn’t updating or am I missing something?

    Hi @trauma717,

This is very strange indeed! But because it is a PRO version problem I cannot help you through WordPress forums.

You should contact Themeboy support directly at https://support.themeboy.com

    Thanks,

    Hi @trauma717

It’s also worth trying the manual update (delete your current version and download it from our site so you can install the latest version)

    Thanks!
