    No response. Looks like I will have to file a dispute and get my money back. Also, download another player. I will give the developer a couple more days.

    FYI: I have the $20 version.

    Sorry your having trouble, but have you tried contacting the developer directly? These forums are strictly non-commercial so this won’t be a good place for help with a refund or issue with a paid version.

    The plug in author replied to other threads for this plugin.

    This player initially is a free plug in. The $20 fee adds a few extra features. The extra features doesn’t change the issue that I am having. The problem would occur with the Free version.

    However, I will see if there is other contact info.

    WordPress community. Product doesn’t work on my theme. Contacted developer through email. He responded, but could not fix my issue. Therefore, be cautioned that the plugin may not work on all themes.

    Now using a different plugin that works fine and as of right now, great.
