Player Handicaps rather than rankings

Hi Guys I have just purchased sportspress pro I run a snooker league https://crosshills-districtsnookerleague.co.uk/ and would like to know if it is possible to have player handicaps that change every week depending on if the a player wins or looses its called a rolling handicap i.e if a player is on a 25 handicap and plays and looses his handicap will increase by 1 and if he wins it decreases by 1 using formula R1-R2+R3 which is R1 is player handicap – wins + losses Regards Pete
