    Thanks for your feedback. i just visited your test page. Its looks like your theme does not stylized properly and this is influencing on our player style.
    you can switch to a free theme from www.remarpro.com and have a test you will see the player looking good.
    Just switch to a default theme and test to understand the theme issue.
