player background image URL after update

  • Hi there,

    Before the update, I had a custom url for the background image of the player button (I’m using the simple play/pause). After updating, I went to insert the url for the background image I was using, and nothing changes on the front end.

    So, I am curious as to how I would be able to change the image used for the button, now. I had it changed before, but now it doesn’t seem to work.

    Hi, what else did you change in your site? Did you update other plugins and or your theme?

    I have updated other plugins, but not my theme. The last time I updated my theme, it crashed my entire site, so I have been refraining from that.

    Well that is sign that your theme might be causing issues. Another possibility is that one of your plugin update could have caused a conflict?
