Playback speed control in future release?

    Hi, I’m trying to find an audio player with playback speed controls (1.25x, 1.5x, 2.0x) that will let me play slow-speaking podcast files back a bit faster, to reduce total listening time. I thought I would ask if you had any plans to consider playback speed controls in a future version.

    Or maybe you know of a player that will do this kind of thing? Lots of video players do it, but it’s hard to find a podcast player with speed controls. https://www.thepodcastfactory.com has a nice player, but it’s probably custom or something.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we are using a function that doesn’t allow us to modify the playback speed.
    We would have to rebuild entirely the plugin in order to implement speed controls.
    Depending on your podcast, you could try to pre-edit them and then use a player with a standard speed ?

    Thank you for your answer. The pre-edit method won’t do, since I seek a solution where users can control the speed like they can with many video players.
