Play in popup instead of embedded player?

    Hi, I just came across your wordpress plugin. Can you tell me if either the free or premium version supports modal popups in the gallery view instead of the video loading into the player at the top of the gallery? For example, if I have a lot of videos on a page, I don’t want the visitor to have to click the video, then scroll up to the top to watch it. If it were possible to have the grid of thumbnails that the visitor could click on one, and it opens in a popup window, that would be great. Please let me know if you support this feature.

    Also, do you have any pages on your site or elsewhere with a demo of the plugin in action?

    We got your email. Here’s the response we had written up before seeing this post:

    The plugin automatically scrolls up to the video player on top whenever a thumbnail is clicked. You can even set how much auto-scrolling happens in the plugin settings page. So, the issue about having your users manually scroll up is not something of concern. Please take some time to play around with the free version to see this at work.

    Along those lines, playing around with your own gallery doesn’t cost anything. This hands-on opportunity to use your own video/playlist/channel is better, in our opinion, than a demo.     Thank you, I didn’t know about the automatic scrolling, that’s definitely workable. I suppose that leads to the next issue that the user will then have to scroll back down to where they were in the list ?? Only reason I asked for a demo page was because I don’t yet have a WordPress site. I was actually inquiring with a theme developer about an unrelated question, and they misunderstood my question and suggested your plugin, which I will also have a need for in another section of my upcoming site.

    We can look at popups in a future version. We have a task list now that is defined by user request frequency. This allows us to properly allocate our time and release the most requested features sooner than others.

    We’ll keep an eye out for future popup requests.

    I would definitely be interested in a popup player.

    I would be very interested in a popup player for playlists. Has this feature become available yet? Is there a workaround at the moment for this functionality??

    is there a disable scroll to top? where can i make this adjustment in the code?
