play Flash intro before loading home-page

Hi everyone

I urgently need help with a project that i’m working for a client.

When a user visits the website i want a flash animation to play for about 5 to 10 seconds and then once thats finished, the home page of the website is loaded. I already have the flash file ready in SWF format but have no idea what to do next. Some forums suggest that I have to add some actionscript the last frame of the flash animation so that it automatically loads the home-page. I have never used actionscript before so am hoping to avoid this method…Is there an easier way using javascript or php to do this, or perhaps a plugin that makes it very easy?
