Play Button on Mobile loads blank page

When on a mobile device (ie. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc) and you visit the page where the flip book is embedded, a “Play” button is displayed in the middle of the flipbook. When you click on it, a new tab loads and a blank (gray) page is shown, but nothing else happens.

If you click on the url inside the new tab it will then load the flipbook which looks like its a “flowpaper.com/flipbook” url. To me it seems like there is a glitch when it is loading the fullscreen version?? The url works its just the act of going to fullscreen which isnt working properly, if that makes sense.
