Play Button Image Missing

  • The youtube play button image isn’t showing anymore. I can confirm the play.png image is located in this directory: html/wp-content/plugins/wp-video-lightbox/images

    Can you help with this?

    Hey, I’ve cleared the website cache and I’m viewing in an incognito browser. The video using a custom thumbnail image is not showing the play button. The auto thumbnail below it is showing the play button but it has a weird white border. This is what I see: https://snag.gy/WS3eup.jpg

    Hi, if you are talking about the big red arrow located in the center of the image then that will not show when using the custom thumbnail image. I forgot to mentioned that in my previous post. But at least the image is clickable and the lightbox works, which was not working before.
