Not without custom code, I’m afraid, which is outside our scope of support.

Media Attachments currently only supports, well, attachments, rather than true embeds the student could play while remaining on the lesson page.

I think the logic is that if you want embedded media in your lesson, you can just use the normal blocks for that; Media Attachments is meant for downloadable media.
