Sorry for the long delay.
Actually, WPL does not have a shortcode for the registration form but you can use the default URL.

You are using Membership Addon so, you can change the registration form here:
WPL > Settings > Membership > Registration > Register Link Type

This will change the WordPress default page but you can use the default URL:
https://ohiohomeservices.lakecountyohiocondos.com/wp-signup.php

And the page that it redirects the visitors to that would be:
https://ohiohomeservices.lakecountyohiocondos.com/properties/v/members/?wplmethod=register

It’s because you have set this page:
https://ohiohomeservices.lakecountyohiocondos.com/properties/
As the Main Permalink on WPL > Settings > SEO > WPL Permalink > Main Permalink
