    Hi there,

I am unable to reproduce this scenario at my test environment.
You would like to make sure you have followed the exact steps mentioned at the link https://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-facebook-app-id/

    Hi there,

    Thanks for replying.

In all fairness I wouldn’t have an app violation if I didn’t have an app.

The app violation is Platform Policy 8.1:

Verify that you have integrated Login correctly. Your app shouldn’t crash or hang during the testing process.

During Login, your app is crashing or hanging excessively, creating a broken experience for people trying to use your app. To make sure this flow runs smoothly, check that you’ve integrated Facebook Login correctly. We recommend that you test Login on all integrations. If you have not already done so, please:

If you go to the website given and try to login or register you will see what the problem is.
    Cheers

When trying Facebook login at your website, I am seeing the message “You can’t use Facebook to log into this app or website because there’s an issue with its implementation of Facebook Login.”. There are other people who are using the same plugin for Facebook login without this problem.
That means, you might be doing something different. Did you get this problem right after implementing Facebook login or it happened later, after Facebook login worked fine for a while?

    Hi there,

Just changed my login from lightbox to a link and it is working (I think). I was able to get it to log me in via facebook although other people may not be able to yet.

So the error is with Flatsome theme, maybe?

You can try switching to another theme just to check if this is happening because of the Flatsome theme. You can try keeping only this plugin active just to check if this is happening because of conflict with some other plugin.
