Plan pending review for weeks

I had my client upgrade MailPoet from the free plan weeks ago. The new premium plan has been sitting in review for WEEKS now. I received an AI-generated response about this on 12/16/24 to which I responded that I needed help from an engineer. Still nothing. I need to find out what is going on with this account immediately or we will need to find a different solution.
