Plain Text Option

I am currently new to using this plugin and I have managed to strip back most of the options (clip art photo upload etc) as I only want the text option to be avaialable.

Is there anyway to remove all of the ‘Add heading etc’ and also the preloaded template designs?

As I simply want for people to enter a max of 4 characters and choose their font & colour as the customization option.
