Plain text in email confirmation and a line break

    Hi

    I’m trying to customize a bit the text of the confirmation email. I want to add a signature below the actual message which means that I need to add a line break. Since it is in plain text, I’m trying to use \n but unfortunately it doesn’t work. Instead, in the email body the slash character is getting removed and it looks like this: “Thank you, n (signature)” – everything in single line. I would like to ask is there any way to customize the confirmation email body? That would be a really cool feature.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t support this customization and, as much as I would love to help with some custom code, this is beyond the support offered for our products, which consists of bug fixing and plugin documentation.

    Hello Team,

    Could you at least support the line breaks within the plain text so that the email is readable?

    Contrarily the automated email which the form submitter gets is pretty neat and supports line breaks! ??
