plain text email template

Hi, in the notification email i would like to be able to add a custom field, the metakey is name and putting {name} doesn’t seems to work.

Can it be done ?

Right now i’m using nickname as the display name, i’ve tried to put my custom field name in the display name and {nickname} elsewhere because i also need it but it doesnt seems to work.
