Plain permalink category page 403 error

    Hi,
    I am using this plugin many times but first time I face issue that when I set my permalink plain my store category page “site_url/?product_cat=product-category” gets 403 error & when I set permalink as post name it displays category page fine.
    Why I get 403 error in plain permalink?
    How to resolve it?
