Placing Web Sticker Code on Blog Page

  • I believe my WP version is 2.3

    I am trying to load a web sticker in my right blog column, in this case a “Write to Congress” sticker. The instructions say, “to add the sticker to your site simply copy the following HTML to a page on your site. I have tried to do that by creating both a post and a page file. Neither work.     Does this take a special plugin?
