Am I missing something? After creating a show/performance with seating plans and pricing, all is great, and I can see a preview of the seating chart, but no way or means to put that on the webpage. Was this available in the ‘Gold’ version, but no longer available in the latest consolidated release?

Thanks for any clarification and help

  • Hi…
    Check in “settings –> advanced”

    Seats Available
Selecting this option adds a line to the Box-Office for each performance with the
number of unsold seats (see 10.5)..
    Default: NOT Selected

    Available Seats Button
Selecting this option adds a button to the Box-Office listing that will open a new
window showing all the seats available for the respective performance

Thank you. The Seats Available option definitely adds the line with the number of unsold seats/seats available, but checking the Available Seats Button did not add a button or do anything else.

the 10.5 section of the current help document does not clarify anything that I can make sense out of:

10.5 Shopping Trolley and Box-Office Customisation
A number of customisations to the Box Office and Shopping Trolley are possible,
either by changing values in the Settings, or by the addition of defines in the
    StageShow site configuration file (stageshow-wp-config.php).

any further thoughts would be appreciated!
