Placing 'page' under a menu item

  • Could someone please tell me step-by-step how to put a page under a menu item.
    I don’t understand how to do ‘links’ etc. Sorry, I’m not very techy. But I would really appreciate knowing the step-by-step procedure.

    I’m a novice at this but in my Theme (Powered), I navigate to Appearance/Menus. There is a section called Pages. Tick the box if the page of the box you want to put into the menu and then “add to menu”.

    The pages can then be sorted via the “main” option in the menu.
