Placing order creates critical error

  • When placing an order using the manual order page, the order is placed in “pending payment”

    My error log looks like this:

    2018-09-03T20:45:28+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to a member function switch_user_context_to_customer() on null in /home/wp_agmaws/(my domain)/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-manual-phone-orders/woocommerce-manual-order-core.php:4974
    …
    and so on.

    Thoughts?
