Placing Feature Image Next to Title

Hi everyone, I’m using the latest version of WordPress with the Responsive theme. Does anyone know if there is a way (preferably plug-in or simple code) to place the featured image as a thumbnail next to the page title at the top of a page? I’d like to have it roughly look like this:

<Image> This is the post title

Body text will go here.

Does anyone know if there is a way to do this? If there is, I would be very glad to hear about it. WIth regards to formatting, I don’t have to worry about image size and shape because I’m making all of them square and ready to act as thumbnails. Any suggestions?
