    Hello,

I would like to customize the template files but I don’t want to place them directly in my theme root folder – just to keep things organized as I have a lot going on there already.

I would rather like to create a new folder in my themes root folder (e.g. theme-my-login) and and have the plugin load them from there.

I couldn’t find a place in the plugin files where I could assign a different path for the custom template files. Could someone help me out? I don’t mind if the solution is one that will break with plugin updates.

    Great plugin! Well done.

    Thank you.

A month later I will answer my own question. ??

    Read the documentation : https://www.jfarthing.com/development/theme-my-login/templates/

I used the shortcode and set it up on each template page like this :
    [theme-my-login login_template=”/my-custom-folder/my-login-template.php”]

That did the trick but it doesn’t work for the login widget and the user-panel template. The login template for the widget and the user panel template I still kept in the themes root folder.

    Thank you!

    Herman
