Placing an ad before the second

    Hi @igor!

    First of all, CONGRATULATIONS FOR THIS AWESOME PLUGIN!

    I tried 2 or 3 differents plugins for placing ads before I found Ad Inserter and any of those were as accurate/good as this one, so CONGRATS and THANK YOU.

    This said, I wanted to ask you for an especific function that I don’t know if it’s already included:

    I want to place an ad right before the second <h2> of every post/entry, would this be possible? and if not, did you know how I could do it?
