Places massive fullscreen ads on edit screen in recent version

    I used this plugin for years and even have (had) a pro subscription on one of my sites. After the recent update, there now appears a huge fullscreen ad on post edit screens. This kind of behavior is a huge no go in the plugin-scene, and I will switch the plugin as soon as possible.

    The reputation you lost by this invasive action is even bigger than this ad… Sad to see this happen to such a reliable tool.

    Hello, sorry if you got offended, but we have raised our price for the first time in 12 years. We wanted to make sure that anyone thinking of going Pro recently could do so before the change happened and lock in the current pricing.

    This ad shouldn’t appear anymore because the change has happened, but at the same time I’m somewhat surprised by how a dismissable, one-time ad can anger a user of so many years?
