Placemarks Javascript

Hi,

I use a theme (Inovado) with Javascript shortcodes, I cannot use these shortcodes on placemarks (info windows for the map) as I understand because the Javascirpt is not activated on Placemark pages?

Can anyone please advise how I can get Javascript enabled on Placemarks in order to use theme shortcodes? The shortcodes I would like to use is tabs https://inovado.mintithemes.com/shortcodes/tabs/

I’m sorry if this is a stupid question but I’m new to Javascript and shortcodes.
