Placeholders should not contain formatting

A placeholder should only contain the required content, never layout information.
Some placeholders now have spaces or comma’s in them, examples are #_EVENTLOCATION which shows up with a space and comma before the hyperlink and #_EVENTTIMES_LOCAL which has a space after it.

This makes it impossible to have the layout as wanted.

There are probably more placeholders with the same issues but these are two I use frequently and that I know of.
