• Hi I have tried several options in changing the code to show in Firefox and IE but so far have not been able to get the placeholders to show, i.e;

    <div class=”row”>
    <div class=”span6″>
    [text* your-name-1 placeholder “Your name here”]
    [text* your-email “you email”]
    [text your-subject "your subject"]
    </div>
    <div class=”span6″>
    [textarea your-message x3 “your message”]
    [submit “Send”]
    </div>
    </div>

    I changed the line: [text* your-name-1 placeholder “Your name here”] from [text* your-name placeholder “Your name here”] as mentioned in another support post but this had no affect.

    Site is: https://modboxspaces.com/contact-us/

    Any help please would be great, thanks

    What other plugins and theme do you use?

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

    Hi Takayuki,

    I have the same issue as above but the placeholders do not show in Chrome. I disabled all plugins and the theme and reinstalled the plugins (all fine) then turned the theme back on and it broke again – I believe the issue is the theme.

    Please help!
