Placeholders not displaying in quote

Good day,

I am trying out the Quote function on Jetpack CRM, however, I am not getting the Placeholders working. It just shows for eg. ##CONTACT-FULLNAME##, and not the name as per the contact detail.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
