Placeholders: No media after consent

    Hi there Complianz team

    I experience the following weird problem with embedded media:

    1. Scenario 1, No consent given yet:<br>The placeholders show up perfectly.<br>After clicking on the message on one of the placeholders (“Click here to…”), this specific media appears and works.<br>However, other placeholders on the same page vanish and a blank space is there instead.<br>From now on, all media that would’ve had a placeholder are not showing up and there’s a blank space.
    2. Scenario 2, consent is given:<br>The first media on the page appears and works.<br>However, other placeholders on the same page vanish and a blank space is there instead.<br>From now on, all media that should just be shown are not showing up and there’s a blank space.

    In short, even when consent is given, the media (like a youtube video) will not show up. The placeholders, otherwise, are working perfectly and show up consistantly.

    Hi @xeranon,

    Could you give this a try without LiteSpeed Cache enabled? If this works as expected without the plugin activated, that’ll tell you that it is most-likely related to one of the optimizations by that plugin.

    If you know it’s related, you can then re-enable LiteSpeed Cache and narrow the issue down to a specific optimization feature by disabling them one-by-one, purging cache and viewing the front-end after each change, to see if the issue disappears. If it does, you’ll know exactly which optimization to disable/exclude Complianz from.

    HI Jarno, thanks a lot for the hint!
    Based on this I found out that it was the activated Litespeed lazy loading for Iframes – when deactivated, everything works fine.
