Placeholders in new order email subject not replaced

    Hello,

    we currently encounter the problem, that the placeholder of the subject of the new order email do not get replaced. I guess the issue originates in WCML_Emails#new_order_email_subject where the already resolved subject gets completely overridden by the default subject, which still contains the placeholders.

    Do we have something misconfigured here or is this a bug? Can you suggest a workaround?

    We are using WooCommerce 3.3.5 and WooCommerce Multilingual 4.2.10 with WordPress 4.9.5.
