    Hi is there a way to use custom fields as placeholder tags for sending custom emails? Something like

    hello {firstname}, your order {ordernumber} has been confirmed.

    I’m afraid that plugin does not have any feature that could help you to achieve your requirement.

    You’ll need to develop your own solution.

    Edit the email template could be a starting point.
