Placeholders

Hi!
I can’t seem to use a placeholder that contains multiple words because the input doesn’t show up.
Same thing happens if the word contains accented letters (ó specifically, haven’t tried others).
Is there a different syntax for placeholders that contain spaces? what about accented letters?
