Placeholder text not disappearing

Hi there,

The text in the placeholder of the main contact form is not disappearing on click, it has to be manually deleted.

the form is as follows:

[text* Name placeholder "Nom"]

[email* Mail placeholder "Mail"]

[tel* telephone placeholder "Téléphone"]

[text* Company placeholder "Société"]

[textarea* Message placeholder "Message"]

[submit "Envoyer"]

This is for our french domain, now it cannot be a issue of theme or plugins as it works on all other domains perfectly fine, these sites have the same theme and plugins?

Is there a way to fix this?
