I briefly explained on this support thread roughly a month ago. I’m trying to create a contact form for each staff member on the single page. Take a look at Adam Dawson for an example (link: https://dcts.org/profile/?smid=1943). I created this using WPForms, but I was wondering if there was a way I can change the recipient’s email with a placeholder from your plugin. This way I wouldn’t have to make hundreds of forms for each staff member.

If you have another suggestion or solution to this please let me know. I’m trying to get to figure this out before the end of next week. Thank you.

Like a placeholder to get the email address of the staff member. All I want to do is take that email address and make it the recipient of the email. This way I don’t have to create hundreds of forms for every single staff member.

And how would you use this placeholder?

I think a shortcode would work better. I’m not sure if there is a way to integrate it into the WPForms plugin. Basically from looking at the screenshot, I’d replace my email “[email protected]” with your shortcode/placeholder. That way every single page employee would repopulate the recipient field with the staff member’s email.

Sorry if this is confusing you, I’m not sure how else to explain it.

That’s exactly what I’ve suggested. But you’re looking at the issue from the wrong end. The email address should be added to WPF shortcode. Even if you could pull it from the Staff List it still has to be inserted as one of the attribute values of WPF shortcode.

What is the attribute you wish to use?

Okay, I see what you’re saying. Sorry for the confusion.

Which attribute? I’m sorry I’m not sure what you mean by that.

I guess whatever attribute would work for the recipient. Whatever would work for sending the email to that person.

This has to be WPF shortcode attribute (email address). Please check the WPF documentation or contact them.
