    Thanks for the URL. Checking your website with Google Chrome Developer tools, it seems that are a lot of Javascript errors happening, therefore we’re unable to determine what’s the exact reason the placeholder doesn’t go away when you click on the field. You should look into fixing these JS errors in your theme first. Then the field placeholder should work properly.
