Placeholder in field type “firstname” shows as ‘placeholder=”My Place”‘

    Hi David,

    I think I possibly stumbled on a small bug; when I use a firstname field like this:

    [paytium_field type="firstname" label="Firstname" placeholder="My Place" /]

    The placeholder shows as:

    placeholder="My Place" inside the input-box, instead of My Place
