Placeholder Image Missing

    Hi – When I place the “featured image” into the donation form and use the Permalink, it looks perfect: Give correct

    When I view it on the website live it looks like this: Give wrong

    I checked to make sure image is enabled in the settings. Not sure what else to do?

    I am a newbie so I apologize if this is an easy question with an obvious fix.

    Hi there,

    It looks like based on your code that our templates have been customized somehow because I see all kinds of HTML elements within our form which should not be present. That is the most likely cause of the strange appearance. This is most likely done via your theme. I’d suggest reaching out to the theme author about that.

    Keep in mind that the featured image is located within the “Give Sidebar”. When I view your page the markup for the Give Sidebar is not present at all, so I believe it’s been removed either via the custom Give templates in your theme, or double-check at “Donations > Settings > Display Options > Post Types” and make sure the “Single Form Sidebar” is enabled.
