    Hello,

    thanks fro your message.

Are you embedding Calendly through an Iframe? If yes, please follow this guide, I think it could be useful.

    Hi,

Yes, I use an iFrame but the placeholder is already visible.

I just want to change the background of the placeholder and I don’t understand how to do it even with the link you gave me.

    Hello,

It seems that the old guides no longer adapt to the new versions, and we will update them. Regarding the Calendly placeholder image, you can change it by directly replacing the file in your WordPress installation. You’ll need to replace the “calendly-minimal.jpg” image located at this directory: https://weddingplannerperigord.fr/wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr/assets/images/placeholders/calendly-minimal.jpg with a .jpg file under 100kb (the smaller, the better), and rename it “calendly-minimal.jpg”. You can do this using an FTP client or a file manager plugin.

As for the text, the process is much simpler. Navigate to Complianz > Tools > Placeholders, and you’ll find the general text applied to each placeholder. You can modify it as needed. Here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ha-rVO17iX5M.
