Placeholder form color text

Thanks for the suggestions – always appreciated.

Placeholder color hasn’t come up much, but I agree it would be useful. We’ve avoided it in the past because of how much CSS is required due to browser compatibility: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2610497/change-an-html5-inputs-placeholder-color-with-css

However, it seems like the below might be good enough these days.

::placeholder {
   color:    #909;
}

There are a few such elements, deficiencies and errors that should not occur with such a good theme.
