    Hello,
to edit the mails a customer receives i can use placeholders like:
“Your order {order_number} is on the way”

But what if i want to have:
“Your order [Name of the product] is on the way”
What is the correct placeholder to get that done?

Where can i find a complete list of available placeholders?

    kind regards
    Axel

Hi, just in case that couldnt explain correct:
I doubted that the list you gave me is a list of available placeholders.

Can you please confirm if it is or if i have to pay for?
If it is just for premiumusers – where can i find a list of free available placeholders?

    kind regards

    1. I dont know what you are talking about. What subscription? Subscription to what? What for?
2: No, i probably dont have a subscription.
3: So this forum seems to be the appropriate place for my question

    May i repeat it?

    Hi @alauer,

If you want to keep it in the forums here that’s all good too.

If you need help with any subscription purchased at WooCommerce.com you can take advantage of our premium support by creating a ticket at: WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

You can find email variables here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automated-follow-up-emails-docs/email-variables-and-merge-tags/

    I hope this helps.
