Placeholder field empty for CC

There are no filters for this setting, in particular, but it could also be modified from the outside by extending the button module: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/wiki/Actions-and-Filters#adding-modules-and-accessing-the-plugin-container
We are working on more developer documentation around plugin modifications but the filter above allows you to modify every plugin aspect without directly touching the core plugin files.
