placeholder color is set in CSS but not customizable

Currently MAB is setting the textbox placeholder color to ‘inherit’ which isn’t what I want, I just don’t want to set it (the default grey is fine, whereas inherit seems to make it the same color as the actual text, which is ugly).
I can’t find a way to fix this using the settings so I’m just going to comment out those lines in the PHP file. BUT … it would be great if those placeholder were either removed from the PHP file distributed with the plugin so I won’t have to redo this change if I update the plugin.
