Place predetermined text in header on page

  • I am trying to tool WordPress as a CMS. I am setting this up for someone else, so I won’t be administrating it for long. I want to be able to place the issue number at the top of the page.

    The ideal thing to have would be a tab in the admin panel that would allow the adminstrator to change the text that would appear whenever they update the site. I thought about trying to “unrandomize” one of the random quote plugins, but I’m unsure if that is the way to go. Any ideas?
