Place page break at bottom before related posts and sharing buttons

Hi, love the plug in. It looks great and is very easy to use. However, I can’t use it on my live site just yet because the placing of the page number at the bottom of the post comes after WordPress Related Posts and Jetpack sharing buttons. So the reader will get the impression that the post has ended because the next page numbering is not noticeable. It should come before related posts and social sharing.

Is there a way I can correct the placement of this plug in in the post? I really want to use it.
