Place order button vanishes for cash on delivery

Hi,
Cash on delivery option is enabled and it visible at the checkout page for selection of payment. The place order button vanishes when cash on delivery option is selected for payment but it is visible when payment gateway is selected for payment. I have tried disabling and and enabling all the plugin. Have tried changing themes as well, its the same. The shipping is enabled for the products. It was working in earlier order testing.
Please help.
PS: The place order button flickers before vanishing.

Thanks for that tip about the button flickering – that means that something is disabling the button fairly late in the loading process.
I was able to get this working without any problems on my test site:
You mentioned that you’d disabled plugins and switched themes, but it’s important to do it all at once, like as described below.
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site. Note that Health Check may not count Storefront as a default theme, so you can also use Twenty Seventeen as well.
If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.
