PayPal Express Place Order Button Not Working

Purchased PayPal Express and installed, all is fine until the “Place Order” part of the purchase. The page just reloads and sends me the error log I have pasted below the system info. I have read the other posts on this topic and not sure how to fix the jquery conflict. Furthermore I have deactivated all other plugins with no luck. Any assistance would be much appreciated!
