Place order button not working

  • hello, I’m having a problem with the “place order” button on my website
    (woo commerce). When I clicked on it, it just shows a loading loop for about 40 seconds and doesn’t get redirected to the “complete order” page or “thank you” page and its only stay on the “checkout” page. But the order is succesfully updated when the customer check the “My Orders” endpoint in “My Account” menu. But still the “place order” button shold be redirect to “Order Complete” or “Thank you” page. Is there any solution for this problem?

  • In most cases, this issue is caused because of plugin conflict or theme. So first try on a different theme if it works. Otherwise, disable all plugins(other than woocommerce) to check which causes an issue. And remove the plugin if found that causes the problem.

    If it does not help, deactivate or reinstall the WooCommerce plugin.
