    Hello,

    I am testing selling a product on Woocommerce on my website.

    Everything is fine in the buying process until I get to the check out phase.

    The “place order” button of Woocommerce appears for 1 or 2 seconds until it dissapears for no reason.

    Why is this happening?

    I have recently added Nitropack, maybe this is the reason?

    I clicked on excluding the check out page in Nitropack but it is still not working.

    You can place an order and input your info, but right when you are supposed to pay, the button for place order dissapears.

    Can anyone help me?

    Hi @samdenishin,

    I have looked at your https://languageatlas.com/shop/ site, and I was able to replicate the behavior on my end. This does indeed sound like it is either a theme or plugin conflict. I’m unfamiliar with the Nitropack plugin, but if you mentioned upon deactivation, the button still disappears, than it does not sound like the culprit.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
